Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking a BCBA Clinical Supervisor in Reno, NV to lead direct care programs with a manageable caseload and flexible in-home scheduling.

You will supervise BCBA trainees, develop individualized treatment plans, coordinate with families and payors, and drive quality of service across teams while benefiting from CEU support, monthly bonuses, and comprehensive benefits. Qualifications

  • Active BCBA or Licensed Behavior Analyst certification.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Supervisory and behavioral assessment experience preferred.
  • Experience with toddlers, children, and adults in behavioral services preferred.
  • Background in quality management is a plus.

Clinical Supervisor - Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Location: Reno, NV

Salary Range: $85,000 – $95,000 + $6,000 annual bonus paid out monthly
