Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking a BCBA Clinical Supervisor in Pomona and La Verne, CA to lead behavior-analytic services with a caseload of 20–25 billable hours per week. The role supports in-home services and provides leadership across clinical staff.

The position offers a salary range of $95,000–$100,000 with a $6,000 annual bonus potential, plus flexible scheduling and comprehensive benefits. CEU support and professional development are included.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or Licensed Behavior Analyst certification.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Supervisory and clinical leadership experience preferred.
• Experience with ABA services across age ranges is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Supervise and mentor direct care staff, BCaBAs, and BCBA trainees.
• Coordinate care with families and insurance providers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quality service delivery.
• Create materials to support behavior plans.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Background in quality management is a plus
