Job summary

Big Dreamers ABA in Athens, GA is seeking a part-time and full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to supervise clinical programming in a hybrid model across Athens and surrounding areas. You will oversee assessments, develop treatment plans, provide supervision to RBTs, and collaborate with families to ensure consistent care.

The role requires active BCBA certification and GA LBA licensing, with a preference for experience in ABA therapy and supervision in a hybrid in-home + remote

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Athens, GA and surrounding areas. As a premier provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services for children on the autism spectrum, we are committed to providing exceptional care and support to our clients and their families.

About the Role:

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will work in a hybrid model with a mix of in-home supervision, while being backed by a strong admin team that handles the operational load so you can focus on quality care. You will oversee and manage clinical programming for a small caseload of clients, conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans, provide supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and more.

Requirements:

• Active BCBA certification
