Job summary

Big Dreamers ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in a hybrid role covering in-home supervision and fieldwork in Augusta, GA. The role includes clinical programming for a small caseload, assessments, and developing individualized treatment plans for children with autism spectrum disorders.

The BCBA will supervise RBTs/BCaBAs, ensure progress, and collaborate with families while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• GA LBA license.
• Experience supervising RBTs and BCaBAs.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment (in-home + remote).

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage clinical programming for a small caseload of clients.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to RBTs and BCaBAs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed.
• Complete documentation and treatment plans in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistency of care.

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Civington, GA and surrounding areas. As a premier provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services for children on the autism spectrum, we are committed to providing exceptional care and support to our clients and their families.

About the Role:

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will work in a hybrid model with a mix of in-home supervision, while being backed by a strong admin team that handles the operational load so you can focus on quality care. You will oversee and manage clinical programming for a small caseload of clients, conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans, provide supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs), and more.
