Job summary
Proud Moments ABA in Durham, NC, seeks a Clinical Lead to help develop and implement clinical programs across Durham and Burlington clinics. The role shares responsibility for clinical quality with the Regional Clinical Director and focuses on training staff and promoting evidence-based ABA.
You will mentor BCBAs, supervise fieldwork students, oversee onboarding, and ensure families receive high-quality care.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, or psychology.
- Current BCBA license.
- Experience implementing ABA with children with autism.
- Ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Minimum five years as a BCBA, including two years in supervision.
Responsibilities
- Direct BCBA supervision.
- Onboard local staff including BCBAs and fieldwork students.
- Train and mentor BCBAs in the region.
- Provide group supervision to BACB fieldwork students.
- Support collaboration events with RCD for learning and growth.
- Ensure adherence to effective treatment plans.
- Travel ~20% monthly to training locations.
- Meet with operators to address clinical needs.
- Provide weekly/monthly progress reports.
- Maintain caseload aligned with regional needs.
- Physically engage with clients during sessions.
