Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in behavior analysis, education, psychology, or related field.
• BCBA certification from BACB.
• Proven experience in behavior analysis and intervention techniques.
• Ability to design and supervise ABA programmes for clients.
• Strong knowledge of ethical guidelines and professional conduct in behavior analysis.
• Effective communication with clients, families, and team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide Clinical Direction: assess clients, write behavior intervention plans, guide Case Managers and RBTs.
• Develop Individualized Plans for each client.
• Supervise RBTs and Case Managers per funder and BACB guidelines; mentor staff.
• Manage cases and support staff in collaboration with families.
• Interact with clients and families; analyze data and ensure quality.
• Uphold company values and maintain high standards of care.
