Action Behavior Centers (ABC) in Texas is seeking a senior ABA leader to manage the clinical team, oversee patient assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans for children. You will ensure regulatory compliance and mentor staff across the center.

The role offers a total compensation package up to $120,000 annually, with performance, mentorship, and relocation bonuses, plus remote work days and a clear leadership pathway.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required or clearly in progress.
• Experience leading ABA clinical teams and supervising RBTs.
• Strong background in pediatric ABA and behavior analysis.
