Job summary

Behavioral & Educational Solutions (BES), PC is seeking a Clinical Director (BCBA) to lead clinical operations across clinic-based and home-based ABA programs in Silver Spring, MD. The role focuses on mentoring clinicians, strengthening systems, ensuring compliance, and driving client outcomes under insurer-funded services.

Qualifications

Active BCBA certification in good standing
Maryland LBA or eligibility to obtain Maryland licensure
Minimum five years ABA experience including leadership
Experience with insurance-funded ABA services and payer requirements

Responsibilities

Lead ABA clinical services across clinic-based and home-based programs.
Oversee intake, assessments, treatment planning, and clinical case management.
Supervise and mentor BCBAs, RBTs, and student analysts; provide clinical consultation.
Develop growth initiatives, staff recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning.
