Lighthouse Behavior Services, Longmont, CO, is seeking a full-time, in-person BCBA to lead behavioral assessments and ABA treatment plans with clinical support. You will supervise RBTs, monitor progress, and collaborate with families to achieve meaningful goals.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
- Active BCBA certification.
- Strong understanding of ABA principles, assessments, and intervention strategies.
- Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities.
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to ethical, compassionate, and individualized care.
- Willingness to receive feedback, collaborate, and continue developing clinical skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans with clinical support as needed.
- Provide supervision, training, and feedback to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
- Develop and monitor skill acquisition, early intervention, and behavior reduction programs.
- Analyze client data and make evidence-based treatment adjustments.
- Collaborate with caregivers to establish meaningful treatment goals and provide caregiver training.
- Travel locally as needed for client assessments, meetings, or sessions.

Our administrative team helps reduce the administrative burden on clinicians so you can spend more time doing what you love.
As part of the Lighthouse, you’ll have opportunities to collaborate with professionals in psychotherapy, neurofeedback, social work, and other behavioral health specialties.
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans with clinical support as needed.
- Provide supervision, training, and feedback to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).

- Ensure services align with BACB ethical standards and evidence‑based ABA practices.
- Travel locally as needed for client assessments, meetings, or sessions.
