Job summary

360 Behavioral Health in California is seeking a Clinical Consultant (BCBA) to lead the Respite Services Program, oversee respite clients, and mentor DSPs in home and community settings.

The role requires an active BCBA, a Master’s in ABA or related field, and 1+ year of clinical and supervisory experience; you’ll partner with families, ensure quality service, and help shape a collaborative, growth-focused culture.
