Job summary

ABA Centers of Georgia is seeking an experienced Clinical Assessor (BCBA) to evaluate and support families and children in our ABA programs. The role focuses on initiating assessments, coordinating with admissions and clinical teams, and ensuring smooth transitions for clients across settings.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience supervising others.
• Clean background/drug screenings and driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Work with Admissions and clinicians to complete intakes for prospective families/clients.
• Conduct initial assessments using standardized tools (Vineland, ABAS-2, MBA, VB-MAPP, ABLLS, etc).
• Ensure proper transition of cases after initial assessment with overlap meetings.
• Provide up to 3 initial assessments per week in home and clinical settings.
• Conduct peer reviews with insurers for authorization of hours.
• Train staff on conducting initial skills and adaptive assessments.
