Job summary

Reaching Milestones in North Augusta seeks a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to supervise RBTs and manage a caseload for children with Autism. Responsibilities include providing ABA interventions, training staff, and conducting assessments. The candidate must possess relevant experience and BCBA certification.

The position offers full-time hours, Monday through Friday, and a comprehensive benefits package including PTO, health insurance, and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with at least 130 billable hours per month.
• Experience in functional behavioral assessment and individualized behavior program development.
• Knowledge of discrete trial methods including shaping and guided compliance techniques.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA interventions as described in each child’s individualized behavior plan.
• Train and supervise RBTs in the implementation of ABA programs.
• Monitor progress, record data, and maintain accurate service-related records.
