Family Behavior Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for their East Portsmouth clinic. This role offers a flexible, hybrid work schedule, focusing on compassionate treatment while providing strong clinical leadership support.

The candidate will oversee clinical supervision, implement individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with families and team members. A Master’s degree in ABA or Psychology and active BCBA certification are required, along with experience in a clinic-based setting.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or a related field required.
• Active BCBA certification in good standing is necessary.
• Experience supervising staff in a clinic-based ABA setting preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide clinical supervision and leadership for clinic-based ABA services.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments and ongoing clinical evaluations for assigned clients.
