Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA certification.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with strong ethics and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• All sessions take place in our Charlotte clinic; no home visits.
• Provide high-quality, ethical supervision and clinical care to clients.
• Utilize QA systems and goal banks to streamline planning and reduce busywork.
• Support growth pathways to Lead BCBA and Clinical Director roles.
