Job summary

Ellis Early Learning, a Boston-based nonprofit, seeks a Classroom Educator Partner (CEP) to advance educator development and support instructional quality. The CEP will embed coaching, modeling, and real-time support across multiple classrooms, focusing on behavioral development and inclusive teaching.

The ideal candidate has a Master's in ABA or related field with BCBA certification and at least five years of experience in early childhood education.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, Early Childhood Education, or a closely related field.
• BCBA certification required, or active eligibility to obtain certification within six months of hire.
• Minimum of five years of experience working with young children in early childhood settings.
• Demonstrated expertise in applying behavior analytic principles in inclusive environments.
• Experience coaching educators and building teacher capacity through modeling and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide embedded coaching and modeling in classrooms to improve instructional quality.
• Spend significant time in classrooms (approx. 80%) offering real-time feedback to teachers.
• Collaborate with educators to develop individualized development plans.
• Support inclusive, developmentally appropriate practices and culturally responsive teaching.
