Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA and BCBA certification are required and must be current.
• LBA licensure is required where applicable by state regulations.
• Experience leading clinical teams as a BCBA is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead center operations to ensure client and staff wellbeing.
• Oversee clinical staff performance, morale, and professional development.
• Develop and supervise ABA training and competency assessments.
• Ensure accurate client documentation and authorization reports.
• Collaborate with COO and operations to optimize budgets and center resources.
