Job summary

Flywheel Centers in Henderson, NV, is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time, center-based ABA program. This role focuses on assessments, BIPs, data analysis, and supervising RBTs while partnering with families to support care goals.

The position offers a daytime Monday–Friday schedule with PTO, competitive pay, and a collaborative team culture dedicated to family-centered autism care.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Experience working with children with autism and developmental disabilities.
• Ability to lead a team and communicate effectively.
• Strong grasp of ABA principles and data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments.
• Create and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Supervise RBTs and clinical team members.
• Collect, monitor, and analyze data to track progress.
• Partner with families and caregivers to support care goals.
• Contribute to a collaborative, supportive, and forward-thinking team.
