Job summary

Project Hope Foundation in Greenville, SC is seeking a BCBA to join our team and transform lives through evidence-based autism services. This full-time, clinic-based role focuses on delivering ABA therapy with experienced supervision in a supportive, collaborative environment.

You will work across our Greenville locations, using data-driven approaches, participate in ongoing professional development, and help families achieve meaningful progress while maintaining work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification verified through the BACB.
• Master’s degree in psychology, education, or a related human services field.
• Strong understanding of ABA principles, behavior plans, and client progress monitoring.
• Proficiency with Central Reach or similar data systems.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinic-based ABA therapy and contribute to client progress.
• Collaborate with other BCBAs and site supervisors in the clinic.
• Assist with data collection, documentation, and program updates.
• Support crisis management and client safety as needed.
• Help minimize travel by focusing on clinic-based services.

What We’re Looking For

• Education & Certification: Current BCBA certification verified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board; Master’s degree in psychology, education, or a related human services field (BCBA).
• Experience & Skills:
  • Strong understanding of ABA principles, behavior plans, and client progress monitoring.
  • Proficiency in Central Reach or similar data systems.
  • Effective communication and organizational skills.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and actively engage in therapy sessions.
• Pre-Employment Requirement: All offers of employment are contingent upon the successful completion of a pre-employment physical examination, including a tuberculosis (TB) screening.
