Compensation: $70,000 - $101,000 (based on experience)

What We’re Looking For
  • Education & Certification: Current BCBA certification verified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board; Master’s degree in psychology, education, or a related human services field (BCBA).
  • Experience & Skills:
    • Strong understanding of ABA principles, behavior plans, and client progress monitoring.
    • Proficiency in Central Reach or similar data systems.
    • Effective communication and organizational skills.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and actively engage in therapy sessions.
  • Pre-Employment Requirement: All offers of employment are contingent upon the successful completion of a pre-employment physical examination, including a tuberculosis (TB) screening.
