At Project Hope Foundation, South Carolina’s largest ABA-based autism service provider, we have dedicated 25 years to transforming lives through compassion, innovation, and professional excellence. We offer a unique opportunity for BCBAs and BCaBAs to advance their careers while creating meaningful change in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Why Choose Project Hope Foundation?

  • Crisis management assistance: Every clinic has a site-specific supervisor on call for immediate support.
Professional Growth and Leadership Development
  • Receive leadership training on topics like mentoring RBTs, effective feedback, and managing diverse personalities.
  • Access opportunities for professional development, including conferences and advanced curriculum training (e.g., PEAK, Hanley’s Skills-Based Treatment, Essential for Living, AIM, LAMP).
  • Be part of a team that values your contributions and supports your career advancement.
Operational Support Structure
  • Focus on clients, not admin: Our scheduling, billing, intake, HR, and operations teams handle daily operational tasks, letting you maximize your billable hours.
Healthy Work-Life Harmony
  • Enjoy a flexible and supportive environment with no late evenings, no weekend hours, and minimal after-school sessions.
  • Benefit from personalized support to achieve a balance that works for you.
What We’re Looking For
  • Education & Certification: Current BCBA certification verified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board; Master’s degree in psychology, education, or a related human services field (BCBA).
