Qualifications

• BCBA certification in good standing and active Texas LBA license through TDLR.
• Based in Texas with hybrid coaching model (telehealth + in-person).
• Minimum 2 years post-certification focused on parent consultation and family-centered coaching.

Responsibilities

• Lead 1:1 coaching sessions with families (virtual and in-person).
• Develop tailored guidance plans aligned with real-world family dynamics.
• Empower parents by explaining behaviors and building confidence to manage moments at home.
• Track progress using family-relevant metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
