Job summary

Action Behavior Centers is seeking a BCBA to lead clinical services in our Texas center. You will develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and work closely with families to track progress and achieve meaningful outcomes.

With a focus on compassionate care and dedicated mentorship, you’ll drive quality therapy and participate in ongoing clinician development within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required or must be in good standing.
• Experience supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Ability to develop and oversee clinically sound treatment plans.
• Strong collaborative skills with families and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities
