Ahead ABA in Maryland is seeking aBCBA to begin work in Bethesda-area families. You will assess children, develop treatment plans, and supervise RBTs in home visits within Montgomery County. You will coach parents to ensure progress sticks and maintain high-quality client outcomes.

We offer a competitive hourly rate from day one, with license assistance provided and clinical director support for challenging cases, helping maintain a balanced caseload.

Formación

• BCBA in good standing and eligible to practice in Maryland.
• Maryland license or plan to obtain with company-assisted paperwork.
• Must have a car to visit families in Bethesda and Montgomery County.
