Ahead ABA in Silver Spring, MD is seeking a BCBA to join a team that keeps caseloads small so clinicians can deliver high quality care and still maintain balance. Earn $100–$110 per hour with flexible hours, part-time or full-time, and support from a scheduler, billing team, and a clinical director who answers calls.

You will assess kids, write treatment plans, supervise RBTs in home visits, and coach parents to help progress stick.

Qualificações

• BCBA in good standing is required.
• Maryland license or willingness to obtain one; support provided.
• Reliable car to travel to Silver Spring and Montgomery County.
