Job summary

Ahead ABA is seeking a BCBA to manage a small caseload in Bethesda and Montgomery County. You will assess kids, write treatment plans, supervise RBTs in home visits, and coach parents to promote lasting progress.

You pick your hours—part time or full time—while our scheduler and billing team handle paperwork, so you can focus on clinical work with families. A car is required for visiting clients.

Qualifications

• BCBA credential in good standing.
• Maryland license (or eligible) with assistance.
• Reliable car to travel to families in Bethesda & Montgomery County.

Responsibilities
