Gersh Autism in West Hempstead is seeking a BCBA to coordinate functional assessments, design behavior plans, and supervise a team. You’ll provide parent and staff training and collaborate with families across center-based locations on Long Island.
Ideal candidates hold a BCBA and NY licensure, with 2+ years of ABA experience with children; supervision of BCBAs/RBTs is preferred and CPR/First Aid training is required. Great teamwork and ongoing professional growth are emphasized.

We are seeking an energetic, nurturing, and confident BCBA who will be responsible for coordinating, scheduling, communicating and continually evaluating the effectiveness of functional assessments, behavioral evaluations, behavior plans and individual education plans for clients on their caseload.
