Job summary

Developmental Pathways is seeking licensed BCBAs in the Orange County area to conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans for individuals on the autism spectrum.

You will collaborate with a team of Behavior Therapists to ensure client progress, supervise staff, and provide ongoing CEUs. This full-time/part-time position offers flexible scheduling, travel between client homes, and competitive compensation based on experience.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
  • Current BCBA certification through the BACB.
  • Valid CA driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel.
  • Ability to pass FBI/DOJ background check.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (VB-MAPP, Vineland, AFLS, etc.) and create individualized behavior intervention programs.
  • Provide supervision to Program Managers, Behavior Therapists (RBTs, BTs), and BCBA candidates, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Develop and monitor client progress, providing detailed progress reports and monthly updates.
  • Supervise staff and provide ongoing supervision hours and continuing education (CEUs).
  • Travel to client homes and offices as needed for assessments, meetings, and training.
  • Ensure compliance with insurance expectations and maintain data collection and analysis.
