Job summary

Developmental Pathways is seeking a BCBA to assess and design individualized behavior intervention plans for individuals on the autism spectrum. You will supervise Program Managers, RBTs, BTs, and BCBA candidates, and collaborate with a team to ensure high-quality service delivery.

The position offers flexible scheduling (full-time and part-time), travel to client homes in the Orange County region, competitive salary ($80,000–$90,000 for full-time or $50/hr part-time), and benefits including

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
  • Current BCBA certification through BACB.
  • Valid CA driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to pass FBI/DOJ clearance/background check.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Bilingual candidates (Spanish) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide supervision to Program Managers, Behavior Therapists (RBTs, BTs), and BCBA candidates.
  • Develop and monitor client progress with detailed progress reports and monthly updates.
  • Supervise staff and provide ongoing supervision hours and CEUs.
  • Travel to client homes and offices for assessments, meetings, and training.
  • Ensure compliance with insurance expectations and maintain data collection and analysis.

We are looking for passionate, Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our growing team. Full-time and part-time opportunities with flexible scheduling are available. Position Overview

As a BCBA, you will work directly with individuals on the autism spectrum, conducting assessments and creating individualized behavior intervention plans. You’ll collaborate with a team of Behavior Therapists to provide high-quality care and ensure client progress. We are looking for professionals who are committed to improving the quality of life for those with autism through evidence-based strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (VB-MAPP, Vineland, AFLS, etc.) and create individualized behavior intervention programs.
  • Provide supervision to Program Managers, Behavior Therapists (RBTs, BTs), and BCBA candidates, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Develop and monitor client progress, providing detailed progress reports and monthly updates.
  • Supervise staff and provide ongoing supervision hours and continuing education (CEUs).
  • Travel to client homes and offices as needed for assessments, meetings, and training.
  • Ensure compliance with insurance expectations and maintain data collection and analysis.
Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
  • Current BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • Valid CA driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel.
  • Ability to pass an FBI/DOJ clearance and background check.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Bilingual candidates (Spanish) are highly preferred.
