Job summary

Developmental Pathways Inc in Dallas, TX is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) for full-time and part-time roles. You will assess individuals on the autism spectrum, create personalized intervention plans, and collaborate with a team of therapists to deliver high-quality care.

This position offers flexible scheduling, opportunities for hybrid work, travel to client homes, supervising staff, and ongoing CEUs. Competitive salary and benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
• BCBA certification (BACB) active.
• Valid CA driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass FBI/DOJ background check.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Spanish bilingual proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (VB-MAPP, Vineland, AFLS, etc.) and create individualized behavior intervention programs.
• Provide supervision to Program Managers, Behavior Therapists (RBTs, BTs), and BCBA candidates, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Develop and monitor client progress, providing detailed progress reports and monthly updates.
• Supervise staff and provide ongoing supervision hours and continuing education (CEUs).
• Travel to client homes and offices as needed for assessments, meetings, and training.
• Ensure compliance with insurance expectations and maintain data collection and analysis.
