Job summary

Impact Learning & Development in Rapid City, SD is seeking 1–2 BCBA clinicians to lead pediatric ABA programs and oversee programming for clients. You will supervise RBTs, collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams, and ensure clinical excellence in services.

This role emphasizes clinical integrity, growth, and meaningful relationships with families and staff, within a supportive, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

  • Active BCBA certification in good standing.
  • Master’s degree required.

  • Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and skills assessments.

We are growing and seeking 1–2 Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our team.

Position Overview

The BCBA will be responsible for overseeing ABA programming for pediatric clients, supervising RBTs, collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring clinical excellence across services.

What We’re Looking For

Required:

  • Active BCBA certification in good standing
  • Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Experience working with children with autism or related developmental needs
  • Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

Preferred (but not required):

  • Experience supervising RBTs or trainees
  • Interest in leadership, mentorship, or program development
  • Experience in clinic-based or educational ABA settings
