Job summary

Glow Forward ABA Therapy in North Carolina is seeking a Spanish-speaking BCBA to join our compassionate team. This hybrid role involves delivering high-quality behavior analytic services in homes, schools, and community settings.

You will develop and implement intervention plans, collect data, and collaborate with families and other professionals to support every child's growth. A BACB-BCBA certification and 2+ years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) from the BACB.
• Spanish Speaking
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a BCBA or BCaBA
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

• Provide behavior analysis services to clients in their natural environments, including homes, schools, and community settings
