Job summary

Glow Forward ABA is seeking a bilingual Spanish-speaking Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in North Carolina. This hybrid role supports children in homes, schools and community settings, helping them move forward and grow.

You will conduct assessments, develop and implement behavior intervention plans, collect and analyze data, and collaborate with psychologists, speech and occupational therapists. Excellent communication and confidentiality are essential.

Qualifications

• Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) from the BACB.
• Spanish speaking ability is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of BCBA/BCaBA experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavior analysis services in homes, schools, and community settings.
• Develop and implement comprehensive behavior intervention plans.
• Conduct assessments, observations, and data collection for treatment decisions.
• Analyze data to identify trends and inform modifications to treatment.
• Collaborate with psychologists, speech and occupational therapists for comprehensive care.
