Job summary

Little Champs ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Colorado-based team in a hybrid role. You will assess, design, and implement individualized ABA treatment plans, and supervise behavior technicians.

You will collaborate with families, review data, write reports, and participate in care planning with the treatment team while pursuing professional development and career advancement within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Current Board Certification as a BCBA is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments to determine behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Design ABA curriculum plans, review, and update on a regular basis
• Design behavior intervention plans
• Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and other professionals
• Meet regularly with treatment team to discuss progress and make appropriate intervention changes
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
• Clinically review reports and session notes on a regular basis
• Analyze ABA data and implement data-driven program changes
• Write reports summarizing data and progress for each client supervised
