Job summary

Helping Hands Family in the Northeast seeks BCBA professionals to deliver evidence-based ABA services to children with autism. You will manage up to 10 clients, supervise up to 5 RBTs, and collaborate with Clinical Directors to uphold best practices.

We offer a base salary range of $85,000–$100,000 plus relocation assistance, bonuses, and comprehensive benefits, with dedicated mentorship and ongoing professional growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• State licensure where required.
• ABA experience; RBT background a plus for new BCBAs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children with autism.
• Manageable caseload: up to 10 clients with ~28 billable hours per week.
• Supervise and develop up to 5 RBTs.
• Collaborate with Clinical Directors and Regional Directors of Quality to troubleshoot cases.
• Maintain ethical documentation and compliance with BACB/state guidelines.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children with autism
• Manageable Caseload: Up to 10 clients, completing 28 billable hours in a 40‑hour week (note: billable hours are not tied to pay)
• Work with children ages 2–18, most under age 6
• Supervise and develop up to 5 RBTs
• Conduct assessments, write individualized treatment plans, and monitor client progress
• Collaborate with Clinical Directors, fellow BCBAs, and Regional Directors of Quality to troubleshoot cases and uphold best practices
• Maintain ethical documentation and compliance with BACB and state guidelines

What You’ll Need:

• Active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• State Licensure where required
• ABA experience (RBT background a plus for new BCBAs)
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a clinic‑based setting
• Passion for ethical, client‑centered ABA in a team‑focused environment
