Why HHF is Different:
Clinical Excellence is our Core:
  • Every region and BCBA has direct access to our Quality and Training Teams—tenured BCBAs who provide hands‑on mentorship to help clients and families achieve the best possible outcomes.
  • Our Vineland scores consistently demonstrate top‑tier capability.
  • Our BCBAs meet monthly for clinical peer reviews.
  • Work in clinic with peer BCBAs while having autonomy and variety to use your clinical skills to see clinical outcomes.
Care for Our Clinical Team:
  • Fellowship program where our fellows consistently pass their BCBA exam the first time. 100% of our fellows have passed in the last 9 months.
  • All Behavior Technicians are required to obtain their RBT certification, you’ll be working with qualified, committed colleagues.
    • 90%+ of our RBT hires pass the RBT certification exam.
  • Three weeks of PTO so you can care for yourself.
  • Clinical Supervisors hold a minimal case load, so they can support you and your clients.
Care for Our Clients:
  • Fully equipped clinics with sensory rooms, therapy tools, and gross motor rooms to bring treatment plans to life.
  • Collaborative clinical environment that fosters learning, growth, and shared problem‑solving.
  • Support to help clients have special moments like pictures with Santa, field trips, and family outings.
What You’ll Get:
  • Bonus Potential: Up to 20,000 dollars in bonuses throughout the year.
  • Relocation Assistance: To ease expense of your transition.
  • Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, PTO, and Paid Family Leave.
  • Career Growth: 500 CEU stipend, ongoing access to free CEU opportunities including our internal BCBA Conference, and opportunities to contribute to clinical research and present at both internal and national professional conferences.
  • Ongoing Clinical Support: Dedicated mentorship and leadership backing for clinical success.
What You’ll Do:
  • Deliver high‑quality, evidence‑based ABA services to children with autism.
  • Manageable caseload: up to 10 clients, completing 28 billable hours in a 40‑hour week (billable hours are not tied to pay).
  • Work with children ages 2-18, most under age 6.
  • Supervise and develop up to 5 RBTs.
  • Conduct assessments, write individualized treatment plans, and monitor client progress.
  • Collaborate with Clinical Directors, fellow BCBAs, and Regional Directors of Quality to troubleshoot cases and uphold best practices.
  • Maintain ethical documentation and compliance with BACB and state guidelines.
What You’ll Need:
  • Active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • State licensure where required.
  • ABA experience (RBT background a plus for new BCBAs).
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a clinic‑based setting.
  • Passion for ethical, client‑centered ABA in a team‑focused environment.
