Job summary

Helping Hands Family in Lansdale, PA is seeking a licensed BCBA to lead clinical ABA services for children with autism. You will work in a clinic with a collaborative team to implement individualized treatment plans.

This full-time role supports a caseload of up to 10 clients, supervises up to 5 RBTs, conducts assessments, writes treatment plans, monitors progress, and ensures ethical documentation in line with BACB and state guidelines. Eligible for bonuses and relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification from the BACB.
• State licensure where required.
• ABA experience; RBT background is a plus for new BCBAs.
• Strong communication skills and clinic-based work experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children with autism.
• Manageable caseload of up to 10 clients with 28 billable hours in a 40-hour week.
• Supervise and develop up to 5 RBTs.
• Conduct assessments, write individualized treatment plans, and monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with Clinical Directors and Regional Directors to troubleshoot cases and ensure best practices.
• Maintain ethical documentation and comply with BACB and state guidelines.

What You’ll Do:

• Work with children ages 2–18, most under age 6
• Supervise and develop up to 5 RBTs
• Conduct assessments, write individualized treatment plans, and monitor client progress
• Collaborate with Clinical Directors, fellow BCBAs, and Regional Directors of Quality to troubleshoot cases and uphold best practices
• Maintain ethical documentation and compliance with BACB and state guidelines

What You’ll Need:

• Active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• State Licensure where required

• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a clinic-based setting

Helping Hands Family Base Salary Range: $85,000 USD - $95,000 USD
