Job summary

Success on the Spectrum - Sanford is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our center-based ABA, Speech, and OT team serving children up to 18 years old in Sanford, FL. The BCBA will lead clinical services, supervise treatment plans, and support families in a collaborative setting.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in a relevant field and BCBA certification, with a minimum of three years of experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field and BCBA certification.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience as a BCBA.
• Ability to work from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday–Friday.

Responsibilities

• Provide BCBA services to children under 18 in center-based ABA therapy.
• Develop and supervise individualized treatment plans and progress data.
• Collaborate with families and therapy staff to ensure consistency of intervention.
