Job summary

Able Autism Therapy Services in Sandy Springs, GA, is hiring a BCBA to lead high-quality ABA services for children with autism. Expect a manageable caseload and collaboration with a clinical team in a hybrid work setting. The role offers a competitive salary and growth opportunities.

You will conduct FBAs and VB-MAPP/ABLLS‑R/AFLS/PEAK assessments, develop treatment and BIPs, supervise RBTs, train families, and ensure compliance. Excellent communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field required.
• Current BCBA certification with BACB in good standing.
• Active Georgia licensure or eligibility for licensure.
• Ability to obtain and maintain payer credentialing including NPI and CAQH.
• Experience providing ABA services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Experience conducting FBAs, FBAs, VB-MAPP, ABLLS‑R, AFLS, and PEAK.
• Experience developing treatment plans and behavior intervention plans, program writing, and data analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong leadership, organization, and time management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral and skills assessments including FBAs and VB-MAPP/ABLLS‑R/AFLS/PEAK.
• Develop individualized treatment and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Analyze data and modify programs based on progress.
• Maintain clinical caseload with high-quality outcomes.
• Deliver evidence-based ABA services per BACB standards.
• Provide supervision to RBTs and staff, including competency assessments and BST.
• Mentor staff through supervision and professional development.
• Ensure supervision meets BACB requirements.
• Coordinate family collaboration and parent training sessions.
• Ensure documentation is timely and compliant with HIPAA and payer rules.
• Participate in interdisciplinary teams and quality improvement.

What You'll Do

Clinical Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral and skills assessments, including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).
• Administer standardized assessments including VB-MAPP, ABLLS‑R, AFLS, and PEAK.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Analyze client data and modify treatment programs based on clinical progress and data-driven outcomes.
• Complete initial evaluations for prospective clients.
• Maintain an appropriate clinical caseload while ensuring high-quality clinical outcomes.
• Deliver evidence-based ABA services in accordance with BACB ethical standards and best practices.

Supervision & Leadership

• Provide clinical supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), RBT Fellows, and clinical staff.
• Conduct RBT competency assessments and reassessments.
• Provide Behavior Skills Training (BST), coaching, modeling, and written feedback.
• Mentor staff through regular supervision meetings and professional development.
• Ensure all supervision requirements comply with BACB standards.
• Foster continued clinical growth and professional development of supervisees.

Family Collaboration

• Build strong, collaborative relationships with parents and caregivers.
• Conduct regularly scheduled parent and caregiver training sessions.
• Review treatment progress and collaborate with families on individualized treatment goals.
• Support skill generalization across home, school, and community environments.

Clinical Quality & Compliance

• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Update treatment plans and behavior intervention plans based on clinical progress and funding source requirements.
• Ensure compliance with BACB Ethics Code, HIPAA, payer requirements, and company policies.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Required

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• Active Georgia licensure (or eligibility for licensure).
• Ability to obtain and maintain required payer credentialing, including NPI and CAQH.
• Experience providing ABA services to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), Functional Analyses (FAs), VB-MAPP, ABLLS‑R, AFLS, and PEAK Assessments.
• Experience developing treatment plans, behavior intervention plans, program writing, and analyzing clinical data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong leadership, organization, and time management skills.

Preferred

• One or more years of experience as a practicing BCBA.
• Experience supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Experience working with insurance-funded ABA services.
• Experience using electronic medical record (EMR) and ABA data collection systems.
