Job summary

What You'll Do
  • Design, implement, and monitor skill‑acquisition and behavior‑reduction programs.
  • Oversee the implementation of behavior‑analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers.
  • Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment).
  • Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification on a weekly basis.
  • Perform other typical BCBA activities.
Requirements
  • Master's degree.
  • Active BCBA certification, required.
  • Initiate state licensure process prior to the start date (if required).
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance.
  • Ability to maintain a clean background/drug screenings and driving record.
