Job summary

Majestic Care ABA seeks a BCBA in Lake Bluff, IL for hybrid, full- or part-time positions. The clinician will conduct assessments, develop and supervise ABA programs, monitor progress with data, and provide oversight and training to RBTs in a client-centered, evidence-based practice.

Compensation ranges from $85,000 to $125,000+ with bonus opportunities; travel to client sites and caregiver training are included where applicable.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in ABA, psychology, education, or related field.
• Active BCBA certification through BACB.
• Minimum one year BCBA experience preferred.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Develop and oversee evidence-based ABA programs tailored to each client.
• Monitor client progress with data collection and adjust plans as needed.
• Provide ongoing clinical oversight for high-quality program implementation.
• Supervise, train, and mentor RBTs and Behavior Technicians.
• Review session documentation and provide timely feedback.
• Travel to client sites for home- and school-based visits.
• Provide caregiver training and partner with families to promote skill generalization.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and other care team members.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation per policies and BACB requirements.
• Uphold ethical, compassionate, and evidence-based care.

Position Overview

Majestic Care ABA is seeking dedicated BCBAs to provide high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to individuals with autism and their families throughout the Lake Bluff area. • Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis and adjust treatment plans as needed

• Review session documentation and providetimelyfeedback to support quality care

• Collaborate with families, schools, service providers, and other members of the client's care team as appropriate
• Maintainaccurateclinical documentationin accordance withcompany, payer, and BACB requirements
• Uphold the highest standards of ethical, compassionate, and evidence-based care

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Active BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Minimum one (1) year of BCBA experience preferred
• Current CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
• Successful completion of required background checks
• Reliable transportation for community-based services
• Strong communication, organization, and clinical decision-making skills
