Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Active BCBA certification (BACB).
• Minimum one year BCBA experience preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Background checks completed successfully.
• Reliable transportation for community-based services.
• Strong communication, organization, and clinical decision-making skills.

• Provide caregiver training and partner with families to promote skill development and generalization.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and other providers; maintain accurate documentation.

BCBA Position – Full-Time or Part-Time (Hybrid)

Majestic Care ABA is seeking dedicated BCBAs to provide high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to individuals with autism and their families throughout the Mishawaka area. $85,000 - $125,000 + BCBA bonus opportunities

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Active BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Minimum one (1) year of BCBA experience preferred
• Current CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
• Successful completion of required background checks
• Reliable transportation for community-based services
• Strong communication, organization, and clinical decision-making skills
