Job summary

Aluma Care, LLC is seeking an experienced BCBA to join our team in Manchester, NH. You will develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to support client success.

This role offers flexible scheduling, competitive compensation ($70,000-$90,000 per year), and opportunities for professional growth within a supportive, evidence-based practice committed to making a meaningful difference in kids’ lives.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification required.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for making a meaningful difference in clients' lives.

Responsibilities
