Job summary

Hopebridge, a leading provider of pediatric autism therapy, is seeking a BCBA-certified clinician to conduct behavioral assessments, develop individualized plans, and mentor junior staff in a multidisciplinary center.

You will collaborate with OTs, SLPs, and Psychologists to deliver comprehensive care and support families through evidence-based treatment, coaching, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, Special Education, Psychology, or related field required.
• BCBA certification and licensure in applicable states required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop intervention plans.
• Mentor RBTs, Fellows, and newly certified BCBAs.
• Partner with OTs, SLPs, and Psychologists daily to provide collaborative care.
• Work in a fully equipped center environment with a multidisciplinary team.
