Job summary

Majestic Care ABA is seeking dedicated BCBA professionals to provide high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to individuals with autism in the Hainesville, IL area. This role offers hybrid work, flexible scheduling, and a collaborative team focused on clinical excellence and work-life balance.

Responsibilities include comprehensive assessments, treatment planning, supervising RBTs, and partnering with families and schools to promote skill development and generalization, while maintaining BACB

Qualifications

  • Master's degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
  • Active BCBA certification through BACB.
  • Minimum one year BCBA experience preferred.
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
  • Successful completion of background checks.
  • Reliable transportation for community-based services.
  • Strong communication, organization, and clinical decision-making skills.
  • Commitment to ethical and evidence-based ABA practice.

  • Develop and oversee evidence-based ABA programs tailored to client strengths, needs and goals.
  • Monitor client progress via data collection and adjust treatment plans.
  • Provide ongoing clinical oversight to ensure high-quality program implementation.
  • Supervise, train, and mentor RBTs and Behavior Technicians.
  • Review session documentation and provide timely feedback for quality care.
  • Travel to client sites for home- and school-based visits and clinical support.
  • Provide caregiver training and partner with families to promote skill development.
  • Collaborate with families, schools, service providers, and care team members as appropriate.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation per company, payer, and BACB requirements.
  • Uphold highest standards of ethical, compassionate, and evidence-based care.

Position Overview

Majestic Care ABA is seeking dedicated BCBAs to provide high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to individuals with autism and their families throughout Hainesville, IL area. $85,000 - $115,000+ BCBA bonus opportunities
