Job summary

Redwood Family Care Network in Temecula, CA is seeking a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to provide ongoing consultation and develop, implement, and maintain Behavior Support Plans using Applied Behavior Analysis. The role requires a BCBA credential and strong data analysis skills.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s degree in a related field and have 3+ years designing behavior support plans for adults with developmental disabilities.

Qualifications

• BCBA credential required or pending approval.
• Master’s degree in related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years designing and implementing behavior support plans.
• Experience with adults with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing consultation using Applied Behavior Analysis.
• Design, implement, write, and maintain Behavior Support Plans.
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments as needed.
• Regularly review data towards behavior plan goals.
• Attend multidisciplinary meetings and trainings for staff.
