Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments to identify areas of strengths and challenges
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with our interdisciplinary team
• Supervise and train behavior technicians to ensure high-quality care
• Monitor and evaluate client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and treatment plans
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to our clients
