Job summary

Advanced Therapy Clinic LLC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Billings, MT to lead and supervise our growing ABA program. You will coordinate services, supervise BCaBA and RBT staff, and implement functional analyses, assessments, and adaptive life skills training.

The ideal candidate will have graduate BCBA certification, NBCBC credentials, and a strong ability to educate families while maintaining regulatory compliance and delivering high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Graduate-level certification in Behavior Analysis is required.
• Certification by the National Board for Certification is required.
• Compliance with state healthcare regulations is required.
• Knowledge of ABA treatment practices and behavior programs is essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise BCaBAs and RBTs and coordinate ABA services.
• Conduct functional analyses and assessments to guide treatment.
• Develop and follow individualized treatment plans and reduce challenging behaviors.
• Educate caregivers and families on patient care and progress.
