Job summary

Chockstone Behavioral Consulting LLC, a Finni Health company, is seeking a part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Bennington, VT. The role is 20 hours per week with in-person, in-home or clinic settings and a pay rate of $60–$70 per hour.

The BCBA will deliver evidence-based behavioral health services, develop and implement individualized plans, supervise BTs/RBTs, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams while maintaining HIPAA-compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• BCBA or BCaBA certification.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
• Experience with children and autism/developmental disabilities.
• Strong clinical and interpersonal communication skills.
• Empathy, patience, and client-centered care.
• Reliable transportation.
• Active CPR certification (assistance to certify).
• Background check required by funding sources.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and engage with children on the floor.

Responsibilities

• Conducting assessments and diagnostic evaluations for children with autism and developmental disabilities.
• Developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans.
• Providing one-on-one therapy and family support.
• Supervising and mentoring BTs/RBTs to ensure high-quality care.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to create comprehensive care solutions.
• Maintaining accurate and confidential documentation (HIPAA-compliant).
• Staying informed on current research and best practices in behavioral health.
