Job summary

Homebase Behavior Consulting, Inc. in Fitchburg, MA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our center. The BCBA will design ABA treatment plans, supervise technicians, and collaborate with families to promote meaningful progress.

Part-time or full-time placement, competitive hourly compensation ($65.00–$85.00) based on experience, with reports to the Acting Clinical Director and emphasis on ethical, evidenced-based practices.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, special education, applied behavior analysis, or related field preferred.
• BCBA certification verified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Minimum of one year of experience working with children and adolescents.
• Familiar with ABA software and technically savvy.
• Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavior and skill-based assessments and design comprehensive ABA treatment plans.
• Provide training and supervision to Behavior Technicians.
• Supervise and monitor treatment progress of clients.
• Provide training to parents/guardians of clients.
