Respectful Partners is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide functional behavior assessments and individualized behavior programs for individuals with intellectual disabilities and challenging behaviors in Enid, OK.

The BCBA will work with an interdisciplinary team to develop treatment recommendations and staff training that enable clients to learn life skills and reduce problem behaviors.

Qualificações

• Master’s level degree and BCBA eligibility.
• BCBA certification is required or in process.
• OK DHS license in Behavioral Analysis preferred.
• IDD experience is required or strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Designs and implements functional behavior assessments and treatment plans.
• Provides staff training on behavior support plans and data collection.
• Oversees and updates admission behavior support and PIPs.
• Ensures staff readiness before client admissions and annually thereafter.
• Coordinates with interdisciplinary team and IDT for treatment planning.
• Performs ongoing behavioral assessments and data-driven outcome reviews.
• Conducts staff training and daily operational support across all shifts.
